• Candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or any other examination recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto.
• Candidates must have scored not less than 45% of aggregate marks for those who belonging to the General Category, 42% of marks for SEBC(Socially and Educationally Backward Classes - Ezhava, Muslim, Latin Catholics & Anglo Indians, Dheevara, Viswakarma, Kusavan, SIUC, Converted Christians, Nadar belonging to Christian denominations, Kudumbi and Other Backward Hindhus) and 40% of marks for SC / ST.
• A candidate who has passed an examination in 10+2 Course of schooling recognized by the educational authority of the Central or State Government or possesses such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to such 10+2 course by the Bar Council of India can also apply for admission to the course. Applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary pass certificate or first degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission. The applicants who have obtained 10 +2 or graduation/post-graduation through open school system/universities directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission
• 50% seats in the Integrated 5 Year BA LLB & B.Com LLB courses will be filled by admitting candidates from the selection list forwarded by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala. The remaining 50% will be filled on the basis of merit which will be determined taking into account (1) the performance in the Entrance Test conducted by Divine Law College, (2) marks secured in the Qualifying Examination and (3) Interview. Total final Index marks will be 200. (Entrance Test - 100, Qualifying Examination - 75 and Interview- 25)
• Those who get admission through entrance test and merit based selection process in management quota seats, need to pay only the Government Merit fee.

    Area –Current Affairs, Famous Days, Famous Personalities, International Events, UN Bodies, Sports, Awards, Environmental Issue, Geopolitics, Honours.

  • Mathematics and Reasoning - [25 Questions & 25 Marks]

    Area- Average, Profit & Loss, Time & Distance, Time & Work, Percentage, Simplification, Ratio & Proportion, Simple & Compound, Problems on age.

  • General English - [25 Questions & 25 Marks]

    Area- Reading Comprehension, Word Usage, Vocabulary, Grammar, Para Jumbles, Synonyms & Antonyms, Inference Questions, Phrases

• The Principal may refuse admission to any candidate without revealing any reason.
• Any student who has obtained admission to the College by means of false certificate or by false representation of any kind, or who may be found guilty of misconduct shall be summarily dismissed.
