Placement orientation programmes are organized to encourage students to join the Placement Cell. The Cell provides complete support to the registered students at every stage of placement process. Mock Interviews are conducted for the students often to analyse their strength and weakness which includes online and offline tests, group discussion and debates& HR interviews

Objectives

• Provide Career Counselling and career development sessions.
• Develop career services programmes that will help student in exploring and planning career options.
• Work with students on their needs for career development.
• Conduct trainings, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills for students.
• Develop positive working relationship with faculty, administrative and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
• Coordinate with academic advisers to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors.
• Research and analyse current employment trends in various industries.
• Educate students on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism
• Conduct mock interviews and job search workshops for students
• Conduct career awareness events for students
• Execute outreach programmes to promote career services among students.
• Maintain a database of student academic and employment records
